Welcome to the CMWLW message board. We are glad that you have joined us. Due to the high volume of spam registrations we get everyday, we ask that you e-mail us at admin.cmwlw@hotmail.com to personally express your interest in joining our community briefly AFTER you have registered with us. It can be just a few words. In turn, we will send you 5 interview questions.

There are a few guidelines that we would like members to agree to. These guidelines apply to all members and are designed to insure that the mission of the board as a safe and secure environment for CMWLW is maintained.

1. While open discussion is encouraged, debating and persuading others in order to coerce them to accept your point of view is not allowed. The message board is a place for individuals to gain new perspectives and ideas, not a place for some individuals to impose their point of view on others. Agree to disagree in a sensitive manner as a last resort in any argument in this community.

2. Most members welcome the advice and counsel of other members, but it is important that such advice be offered in a supportive and sensitive manner. Expressing judgments about members’ choices, values, and lifestyles is not acceptable.

3. If any post breaks a guideline, it will be deleted/edited by a moderator and/or the creator of that post. The creator/poster will be given a chance to not repeat the action in the future. However if she feels she cannot comply with the guideline/s, she will be asked to leave.

4. All information on the message board is to be kept confidential and open only to other members of the board.

5. It is expected that all members of the message board will accept the decisions of the leadership team whether or not they agree with these decisions. Each member is expected to participate on the message board in a responsible, supportive and sensitive manner.

To this end, we have found it necessary to create different levels of participation in this board based on how well the community knows the individual posting. Here are the varying levels of participation:

First Tier – When you first begin and have few posts
Has access to:

• PM & Email through board

Second Tier – After member has joined and board members and facilitators have some amount of comfort with the member
